I want to thank all of you for the excellent service and support this past winter. When my furnace "exploded" on a cold November Saturday, an on-call technician and a sales rep were both available to me by phone that day with no waiting.

... I elected to purchase a "dented and scraped" unit at a reduced price, and the short story is that there were a number of problems with this particular unit. The good news is that ANCAE stood behind me and their product 110%, and over the course of the winter, repaired and replaced anything and everything necessary with no hesitation, prevarication or bad vibes. I now have a heating system that is saving me money and operating well. ANCAE went the extra mile for me.

I want to commend you on your outstanding and professional customer service. You have been the only one able to fix my radiant heating system when all other technicians have failed. ... You are clearly driven by a higher standard of ethics and morals. When I have a problem or need new equipment or upgrades, you will be the only number I reach for.

Such replacement installations should be simple and straight forward — as this one was. The whole job took about three hours. I selected this contractor because of his fine reputation and his reasonable cost estimate.
